I read this manhwa a while ago but cant remember the name. It’s about an office worker who can see the ‘colors’ of people’s souls and can match up soulmates and he becomes the cupid of the office(but he can’t see the color of his own soul) then the ML starts working there and he has a rainbow soul . In the end it turns out that the MC and the ML are soulmates and they both have rainbow souls and the ML can see other peoples soul colors as well
