Good news. That doesn't happen. The MC is a crafting maniac who Is as pure as it comes. It's also a false harem tag because there is very little romance and there is only one female love interest. That being the Chivalrous Elf Lady. The other girls are just there to hilariously gush over the romantic moments between her and the MC. Also Kaede is more than enough of a reason to read this.
