Call me a fatalist, but the way I see it, we do live in a state of constant fear and chaotic events. If you read about our reality in a book, then it could be called fiction. But I do understand what you mean, what is depicted in the Manhwa is something that nobody could ever in our dreams prepare us for.

How genuinely horrifying it would be if the world had to deal with this otherworldly event, the constant fear of death across all of earth, it’s just like one punch man how under considered the damage caused by the enormous destruction from the monsters and villains across a city, it just reminds me of Invincible and how the dad shoved his son through body’s of humans to show how weak we would truly be against higher beings... I’m fine with the few insects we deal with on earth and the cute animals compared to these parallel otherworldly fictions. Imagine how grotesque these monsters would truly look like in the flesh. I think I’d even be horrified seeing the generously friendly drawn giants portrayed in the art here. The thing is multiverse theory exists and in a faint other dimension compared to ours this would have been us watching from the news in our homes or gazing into a television store and watching live, our world at stake and the constant death rates increasing each day, knowing a rift could appear over your shoulder and just like the sister have our noggins squeezed like lemons as we stare and feel the ominous danger in front of us. This is what I thought after seeing the solo levelling fan art of the giant stone statue and it’s mortifying eyes and in depth wrinkles, I’d stab myself fearing he’d even approach me, I would flinch and be star struck in fear if we locked eyes just like the sister and the other students.
