Brain power ~ something like a mind reading internet, also enchants your physical powers
They are in 300 years in the future and have contact with species from other worlds.
In this 300 years humanity mutated, and they are able to use brain powers, communicate with otherworldlers and some people mutated to new species themselves - like vampires.
