Pretty sure it's just another story in the same manga. A lot of yaois do that and change the story somewhat randomly.
It just seems as though it started so randomly, though, that's why I was confused o.0
I'm not trying to sound unappreciative, but it seems as if the translation is a little on the rough side. It makes the story confusing.
Confused about chapter 4 does it belong elsewhere or is there some missing? It seems to not make sense.
