I was on the fence with the first story but the second was just trash. Katou decided he liked him purely because he was able to have sex with Miwa. That's the exact reason and relationship we see at the start in other mangas where the one who was actually in love is left alone when the other guy decides to comply to society and get married and then another guy (the other ML) comes along that actually cares about him and start an actual relationship where they are in love and not just 'oh I was okay having sex with a guy so whatevs'
