To me it doesn't quite feel like kageyama being a tyrant because back in the beginning when that is what he was, he was always yelling and demanding things from his team but right now he's calm and analyzing the situation and letting his team know what they need to correct.
And I actually feel really proud of him because no one wants to be the bad guy but he's telling it like it is. Yeah he's not being as tactful as he should I guess but I'm predicting Hinata will make it all better soon given that last page.
