Maybe I didn't express myself correctly (English isn't my first language), what I meant was that he called her Lady Blois at the temple (implying that he knew about her so she should be aware that he knew who she was cuz she wasn't wearing a family crest at the moment so he couldn't have guessed she was a Blois), but now he asked her first name and she lied cuz her first name is Regina.
What was trying to say was, why did she lie about her first name if her real identity was already known to him? To me it seems like she just forgot, making her look like a little of an airhead thinking she wouldn't get caught
