Even if it is “only two chapters” the uploader did participate in illegal sharing of the authors work. The author still has every right to be mad and try to sue. The author is trying their best to get the uploaders information to sue, and is resorting to the public for help because the uploader had blocked the author on platforms.

Bruh they did it because they were scared of them because they didn’t want to understand that they can’t take it down and they have tried to find a way to. The uploader told them that many times + this is also posted on their Korean websites illegally as well and she isn’t doing nothing about them. Both sides are at wrong here: one for illegally uploading, and one for “doxxing” the uploader. There are ways to avoid this situation, if the uploader had cooperated in the first place. Not defending the authors “doxxing,” but the uploader is not in the position to victimize themself if they were the ones illegally uploading the authors work in the first place. The uploader should just accept their wrongdoings and apologize.
I think that in this case shouldnt be Lezhin suing mangago, they have the rights of the author work , the artwork and the translation

Im not defending the authors “doxxing”. I think that that part is wrong too. But Im just saying that just because the author is also solving this situation the wrong way doesnt mean that the uploaders wrongdoings are justified.

Youre missing the point here. Its not about deleting the chapters—its about uploading in the first place. The author wants to sue the translators for sharing her work illegally. Thats why they wants their identity, but the translator already blocked them. This is why the author is looking for people who know the identity of the translator, because the translator would not cooperate. In the end the translator did wrong by uploading translations illegally, and should be punished if the author wants to sue.
