I get your point but in yoon's part, he needs time to sort his thoughts and think about it carefully. I'm not against your thought about kwon having feelings too but if he really love yoon, he'd be willing to wait for his answer... Hehe it's just my opinion too tho- Love should not be rushed and it should be taken seriously. :')
