I'm so glad that he didn't chose to push his feelings onto her. Most isekai manhuas where the king/crown prince falls in love with someone below their status they try to push their feelings onto the person and "convince" them that they should give them a chance. And in most cases the feeling is reciprocated so I guess its fine. But imagine how uncomfortable it must feel to have someone above your status force you like that. I'm glad our boy showed his feelings to kaisa in a way that she wouldn't question its sincerely but also at the same time backed off and didnt force her to answer him. He and Ernon are just so so good!
damn thats so sad ;-; but im glad its realistic unlike what most stories have shown us. its true that its possible people of totally different classes can be together but him as a future ruler and someone with so much burden, its not a choice he can make alone plus she doesnt even feel the same way to he chooses to slowly move on
