because rei come from all alphas family but then hes an omega
also she wasn’t rei’s fathers fated pair so she was always scared of being unmarked by the father so she forced rei to become an alpha
I think it's also because his mother isn't the alpha father's destined pair so the mother is anxious that the father might leave her and so she wants her children to be all alphas so that the father won't leave her and be satisfied with her
