I think it’s for sure him, like in one of the more recent chapters I think, there was a panel that had a family portrait of the royal family, and I believe it’s the 3rd prince that had the exact same hair cut and hair color as this guy. (They didn’t have a face tho but I think that almost certifies it’s supposed to be that guy because this dude is so unnecessarily sus lol)

But the guy is obviously sus. Didn't he call her by her name when they met in the temple, why is her asking her for it ? Plus, she looks like a noble, he shouldn't address her so casually UNLESS he is above her. And who is above the 2nd prince's fiancé ? THE 3RD PRINCE !!!!!! IT'S HIM ! GET HIM GUYS !!!!
