One of them is Jaehwan's old sunbae from college. The one he had a crush on but didn't return his feelings. Idk about the other dude though.

He is formally introduced in chapter 99, he is the guy who Jaehwan went to meet up with (nothing sexual though) and then his phone died so he couldn't text Dongho back and Dongho got upset with him for not responding and then not explaining where he was.
You get the back story of him and the sunbae starting in chapter 82.
