I think so cause didn’t her mom fit the criteria, so she may not have gold eyes but her mom did. With that in mind the possibility could be there?
I'm also not sure but I'm guessing that blondina first has to activate her powers (or memories) to be revealed that she is the descendant. I'm not really sure but that's what I think most of the time since I also feel that she's the descendant.
