No I don’t think Jiwoon is gonna bring down the granny because after Suha found out about the company issues, he told Jiwoon not to involve the president (granny), which Jiwoon said okay to.
That is how much he undeniably loves Suha. As he himself stated in the raws and ch 81, “You are all I’ve got”. Suha was the only one in his life to show him that much affection and care.
The recent incident wasn’t just between Suha and the red head, it involved Jiwoon as well so that’s a big reason as to why Jiwoon is finding evidences to go against the red head. Suha was threatened and blackmailed by red head, forced as well. Jiwoon was drugged, and nearly raped by two hired men by the red head. His trauma of abandonment issues was triggered starting there.

She’s helping Jiwoon find evidences against the red head. And no if you’re wondering, Jiwoon gives no fuck about the company, he cares only about the person who gave him genuine love, Suha. One and only.
You’re right that Jiwoon doesn’t want Suha to be involved in the company issues, also another possibility as to why Jiwoon has Suha locked up at home with Suha not knowing. Until he gets rid of the red head, Suha is to stay home is my guess.
Psycho is not valid about Jiwoon, he can feel emotions and he can love as he loves Suha. Manipulative? A bit maybe or maybe not because Jiwoon did tell Suha he is feeling anxious with him leaving, he shared his feelings and he wasn’t lying about feeling that way. He’s just hiding the issue about the company and his reasons as to why he locked Suha up. It’s most likely related to company issues. You wouldn’t want your beloved to work at a place where there’s the same person who nearly raped you, drugged you, forced your lover, etc, yes?
Possessive? Yes. He wasn’t this possessive at all until the red head started this whole shit regarding the recent incident between Jiwoon, Suha, and red head.

So, I could be wrong idk...
But, here's my opinion: I think Jiwon is trying to bring the grandmother, the whole family and the company down. Especially after this flashback revealing his past and what they did to his parents (especially his mother) it would make sense that he held an unwavering grudge against them for these past years. Plus recently what happened between Suha and red head (sorry forgot his name lol) must have triggered him to finally take action (and revenge) against this toxic family. Seems like he's been collecting some evidence... (though I'm a bit confused what Ms. Choi's position is... I thought she was someone who work for the company or a business partner...but apparently not? I guess we'll find out sooner or later and how she fits into all of this...)
So anyways! I think Jiwon is paranoid because of all of this that he has going on and doesn't want Suha to get caught in the cross fire... (hence, the psycho, possessive, a bit manipulative side of him that we are currently seeing?...)
