Omg wow you're amazing for analyzing this so much.
My first instinct and impression was actually that she was very dumb and naive and while I did understand that her parents spoil her I don't think I read into it as much.
I wish I had read this before commenting lol because now that I think about it, the FL has a much better personality if you analyze it rather than just reading on top of the lines.
Some people are calling her a dumb FL, but she's not? The only "dumb" thing she's done so far was the running away moment at the start, but considering she's apparently done it before she probably assumed nothing would happen; that's not being dumb, it's just lacking experience of what the "outside" world is like. ML is probably the first and only person to ever tell her "hey, this is dangerous, don't do it again" which means that the real failure here is on her parents, not her. So she's naive and sheltered, yes, but her upbringing more than explains that.
The FL is willing to learn new skills (like washing clothes) and doesn't put on a bad attitude about it. She doesn't look down on people for where they work (unlike her blond friend) and doesn't care if her friends are rich or not, only that they're genuinely good to her (which all her friends have shown to be so far). When she became aware that the "waiter" might not like their rich girl games, she put a stop to them, showing that she respects other people.
Yes, she likes nice things and spends ridiculous amounts, but it's not her fault that her father spoiled her to the point that she doesn't understand the value of money, nor that he never set a limit on her spending so she doesn't know how to plan ahead. And since her father taught her that people must be repaid with money and that the world works on transactions, it makes sense that her first instinct is to spend. But, when she's cut off, she doesn't cry or panic or throw a tantrum about it, she instantly came up with a solution to sell her clothes which shows she's clever and adaptable. Also, her trying to hire ML as a tutor is actually really clever, since that way she can simultaneously pay him back while getting her grades up in one go; two birds with one stone.
People calling her a dumb FL aren't paying attention; she's naive and spoiled, yes, but she is willing to learn and can adapt well to new situations. I think that so far, she's actually pretty smart.
