I’ve never seen so many ppl fought over who’s the better man out of the love triangle. Reminds me of the whole stelena vs delena. I think we can all agree that their dumb teens who do dumb things. Kou mistake was leading futaba on even tho he knew he would one day decide to “reject” her, but the whole reason was bc he DID like her so he wanted her to still like him after he “rejected” her, but that cause a whole lotta pain to Futaba and touma. Futaba in agreeing to date touma even tho she wasn’t over kou. Some might say he pressured her into dating him but I don’t think so, each to their own tho. Futaba was low key using touma as a distraction imo. Touma in asking for a chance even tho he knew she wasn’t over kou, no he didn’t deserve it bc he knew she still liked kou, I believed he genuinely thought that she deserves better and wanted to be with her and didn’t think kou would come crawling back to her, does that mean he deserves his heartbreak? No. That’s like saying if touma and Futaba decided to stay together, kou deserves his heartbreak. No he doesn’t. They all did things they thought were good in the moment and bc of the circumstances. So at the end of the day, I think they both deserved futaba. They loved her and wanted the best for her, sometimes intention does matter even if the impact is worse LOL. Let’s just all say they are messy teens, but who wasn’t at that age?
