Yeah I’ve seen a lot of misleading spoilers. Like someone said Tess was super dependent on Arthur and she was like weak in a sense but the only reason they said that is just because they didn’t like the romance aspect of the story which I guess I could understand. But that is just completely misleading because she’s not completely dependent on Arthur and she’s actually a really strong character

No I haven’t read the novel yet. But I think she isn’t dependent on Arthur cause she doesn’t alway wait for him to intervene before she can grow stronger. Sure she may use him to motivate herself, but she isn’t always looking for him to help her around. But then again, I haven’t read the novel so Ig ifk what happens in the future
