well I don't think it was Shiharu..she couldn't possibly have a child of her own in that class and there would be no reason for her to show up...
it was Shiharu... and she doesn't have a child there but she came to see Aoi-kun and Akane-chan.. Akane didn't recognize her probably because they didn't see each other for a while and she forgot about her.. it seems that only Aoi-kun remembers Shiharu..
Lol? There's absolutely no way Akane would forget about Shiharu, especially not after only two years that have passed since the last chapter of Love so Life :D
I'm pretty sure that wasn't Shiharu, just a very young mom or maybe even someone's sister, and it made Akane feel bad because right after she entered, her old granny also stepped into the classroom and her classmates made fun of her - the contrast is even more visible in this direct age comparision.
You have to remember that they were 7 years old when Shiharu graduated college and she visited them throughout the years. It was 5 years after they left but she saw them throughout those years and visited with them. Remember she said she saw Reji always on his way out when she visited the kids. So she IS STILL a major part of their lives and so is Reji. The day Reji and Shiharu finally decided it was time to finally be together the kids were at the park with them. PS: The kids grandparent and father love Shiharu and consider her part of their family.

No, that's not Shiharu. She's not in the same town as the twins. You'll see Shiharu later on, but definitely not the one in the classroom
