For reals? I don't like the villain cause all he does is give people a hard time of he's not the center of attention. He's like a 5 yr old kid. Nah the villain is smart...he found out with only a few clues (because of mc) that a device could give powers, atm he's planning to be seen as a hero who execute criminals while making the mc a bad guy (because he doesn't want to kill criminals (the public want them dead so they think he's a mf for defending criminals))
