Is it me or all the evil empresses are called Dowager?

    Ah cuz the word Dowager is more of a "title" than a name. It refers to a window of someone high ranking or a current king's great-aunt or great-grandmother. The meaning could shift from country to country but that's its basic meaning I believe.
