fl remembers all her previous lives, so she acts very different than everybody else, she is so unique that would be very strange for him to don't notice the resemblance
its cute story so far but it's weird to me whenever the author puts the 12 year old her beside the fl whenever the ml "sees their resemblance" because how similar would a 12 year old look beside an adult look in reality lol especially when FL have a whole different face.
