as you know, mielle accuses aria of pushing the count down the stairs. but as you can see too, asher and aria are staying at a viscount's castle/mansion putting it on credit with the date, time and everything (so that it can be evidence later that the two weren't present at the aria's house - because they 'normally' can't travel that quickly cuz no one knows abt asher's ability)

asher and aria would travel all the way to the neighboring country on their 'secret vacation' where they would be called back because of the count's accident.

they're at court and aria is judged to be non-guilty of the crime! why?
- the bracelet (when asked about the bracelet mielle had with her, Asher would show an identical bracelet on aria's wrist claiming that the one mielle had was a 'fake')
- witnesses (the crime scene had mielle, aria and the count. although mielle said that aria pushed the count and the timeline they proposed was virtually impossible, there aren't any witnesses to vouch for mielle's claims except the now unconscious count. the brother who orchestrated the incident knows that aria was there but cannot say so since it would be suspicious that he was in front of aria's room at the time)
- and again the timeline (since Asher is using his special ability, he can move from place to place instantly, the speed surpassing horses and carriages by far. the only one who saw asher suddenly appear and disappear is mielle but since that's kinda crazy, no one believes her. and she gets tested to see if she consumed any hallucinatory drugs)

mielle gets detained and arrested at the end so it's a-okay!
also the ladies that were at the party with mielle that day would testify against her after being pressured
the most juicy part of all is when the count wakes up (OOOOOOH!) and says with his own mouth that mielle was the one to push him. then mielle gets angry (bitch what u tried to kill ur dad like damn) and she is proven to be the perpetrator the whole time. LOL!
