Tbh she brought it upon herself He was already damage when he was bought by Penelope and she was aware of herself that she was maliciously using him for the easy route by how easy his heart rate is increasing

thats exactly why. he didnt like seeing her being "taken" by other people. he wanted her all to himself so he somehow got associated with the antagonist because he was convinced she'd be his and only his if he did it. but then he realizes he fucked up so---
