I think last episode was when uke saw seme with a girl at the hotel and that episode was when the girl left and what happend next. This episode was when the uke and the grey hair and red hair guy were drinking and grey haired for drunk so uke helped bring him home to ukes house
I think in ch. 53 when he went to the grey haired guy's place it was a flashback to another night before this one that they had gone out to drink as well.
I think those were flashbacks from that one time at the hotels after the women with the red hair left and the uke probably got drunk because he was probably sad and trying to cope
