Well I think they misjudged due to his appearance cause he's small and thin.

Hmmm..I think why the uke is so small is because of malnutrition. I don't think he's a minor(cause his age hasn't been confirmed yet), it's just that his growth has been stunted causing him to be a lot thinner and shorter than the 'average'. And he's probably gonna stay that way cause the situation can't be reversed anymore even if he gets nutritious food and stuff cause it's been too long.
