Cuz i was getting the impression that the brother thing was a quick lie asks also that Carl may have killed Grays human mother after the father nightmare got hurt and is keeping watch over him for something else. The scene where he helps gray get off made me think he was in love with Gray's father.
Yeah thats what i got from it too and about the brother/sister thingy with torres/brenda, i think its just a term used with the night-mares since the lamia said they are really family-oriented so basically everyone whos a night-mare is a big family? Cause torres lived quite long ago before gray the cambion was born so i dont think they’re blood-related
