Yeah, building resistance to poison is somehow a myth. I hope people do no try it.
I assumed that there is magic in this world so maybe they built resistance with their magic help. But yeah in IRL not such a good idea to ingedt/ take poison.
just in case a reminder that you can't build up a resistance to most poisons (I'd like to say all but I don't know all poisons) if you take small doses of arsenic you might not die right away (unlikely) but if you keep taking them something bad will definitely happen, either kidney or liver or some other organ failure or you'll go crazy like Picasso or Nero...
