It’s about a boy summoning a demon and asking if he could eat his guts, once he’s full the demon eventually decapitates the boy and he’s turned into a demon.
It’s full of gore I wouldn’t read it if you’re sensitive to such things but it’s 10/10 for me I also own the manga volumes
