ya know, she just wont listen that she needs to stop uploading from those sites and keep uploading over others, she uploaded it on purpose and said that so people could read the ones she uploaded and the main uploader could just replace her chapters, like whats the point then

Not a person, but you can report the chapters. You have to switch to the old version, though. There will be a little flag somewhere (I don't remember the exact place), you click on that and report it for sniping or uploading over someone else.
