I believe it was implied that SY was not lucid due to his fever so he believed he was with TS (that's why he mentioned to MH about asking for forgiveness/wanting to be punished).

Thanks for the summary like always. I wish there was an alarm or notification when you post your summary so I can read it right away^^ The chapter was quite weird. We didn't get to see how SY miraculously recovered his memory and what happened to MH. I am waiting for the coming developments which are going to be explosive now that SY will probably lose his trust is TS...

Sooyoung wonders if Taeseung is angry at him because he's hurt, since he can barely read TS's tired/sad expression. TS tells SY that he turned in the dead body to the police and SY responds "that's nice of you" (lol). Then TS tells SY that he should've killed the senator had he known SY was alive but hurt — when TS thought SY was dead he mentioned never having experienced that feeling of dread before. They share a soft moment until TS (surprise!) cuffs SY's ankle and tells him he'd followed through with his promise that if SY got himself hurt again then he would (figuratively) break his legs. TS tells SY to stay put and stop doing stupid things and wait for the doctor to come see him. SY is frustrated because he keeps getting confused by TS's sweet/kind actions and times like this when he's unhinged, making him completely unpredictable. Like a 1 step forward, 2 steps back situation.
Then SY thinks about MH and how he might be in trouble now because they tried to run away. SY remembers the envelope he got from MH and reads it with a shocked expression. When Sanghyun comes to visit he sees SY's ankle cuffed and rushes to try and help him, but SY pushes him away and immediately demands to see TS.
We end with the senator arguing with the mayor about being sent to prison and mayor telling him it's just temporary until the whole scandal blows over. Chapter ends with the mayor saying if you want to get rid of thugs you use more thugs.

Maaaan I was really looking forward to the TS/MH confrontation but it seems MH was able to escape? Who knows! Also it looks like SY has most of his memories back (except for the rape apparently) but ugh poor guy, they were having a genuine hurt/comfort moment until it was completely reverse uno'd with a cuff on SY's ankle :( I guess TS did warn him this was going to happen if SY did what he did, but still, this is like peak TS-possessiveness and I would imagine it'll only get darker from here (Taeseung you crazy bastard). But at least he didn't try to have sex with him in that condition. Also now that SY has read the documents and knows something related to TS (possibly about his uncle) I'm curious to see how their dynamic will change. Love me some plot development!
