Help me!!

I’m trying to find something I read where the mc is a college student and sleeps with his college crush who turns out to be a sadist who also plays with her best friend from before college who is also a student there. At first it’s a love triangle sort of thing but then a fourth member who’s a girl joins. I probably explained this horribly but if you have any ideas please help!!
