What app?? Do you mean google translate??
I use an app called Screen Translate, it's available on Playstore. The translations aren't really accurate but it's better than nothing. It has a limit of translations you can use per day, but you can also find the premium apk if you google it

Don't forget to activate "vertical translation" in the configurations
You can read the raws using an onscreen translation app, it's not perfect but it gives you a good idea of what's going on
