Wwell, we know He Tian... I don't know if he wouldn't have done it in public :P Cause I've seen a lot of cases people just do these things in public... And let's remember they ONLY meet in public :P ;)
What if He Tian is in love with Mo? (Redhead) Aand he hadn't had his first kiss either and wanted it to be with Mo... And did it in pulic to be like... I love you that much that I don't care... And he gets all like it was a prank ya know if he got turned down :///
