Well depends, plenty of adults have baby faces. Most young looking adults are able to mask their age with makeup and make them look their actual age

i started reading this bcs the cover was weird but lawd it just gets weirder he looks like hes 12 years old... and i understand short and frail people exist but short and frail adults look like adults.. not children
