As Coco_chan said this is indeed "Cardcaptor Sakura" and the couple pictured here is Toya and Yue, whose temporary form (alter ego) is Yukito Tsukishiro.
Actually there are canon in the series but because the manga is shoujo their love-story is low key and unfortunately removed from the anime (I am guessing to make it more age appropriate). But they are indeed in love with each other and together ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
Quoting Wikipedia: " The creators have confirmed that Yukito and Touya (both male) are a couple. They are stated to be in love within the series itself."
