That was in the original story. She transmigrated what looks to be awhile before she met arsene so she never married someone unlike the original Regina.
I thought so too, but the murder was clearly set after some time after getting married and she did not transmigated such a long time ago. The timeline went wild and my mind gave up.
Was Regina not described at the very beginning as a married aristocrat?
