It’s this yaoi where this guy hurts his head and passes out, when he wakes up he’s having sex with this guy he always fights with. He discoverers he’s in a parallel universe where he and that guy are dating, eventually he catches feelings for him and right when he goes to confess he wake up back in his own world.
