In this chapter, Hyungseo (blondie) mentioned that his grandfather owns a construction company and in earlier chapters it was mentioned the jiwook’s (uke) father works as a construction builder. And he might be working under the hyungseo’s company. So, I assume hyungseo is the one who behind jiwook’s father’s accident (mentioned in ch.1)
