The ending meme with Rose’s face- I’m sorry but I was still crying through the letter. It just hurts to know they were once so in love but now they’ve fallen apart. I cried through pretty much the entire story except for one part when I started to get dehydrated and couldn’t cry anymore. My head hurts not after crying so much. I know the ex lover is shit but to me it’s sad how he got delusional then just lost himself because the mc left. I don’t know how to feel anymore but one thing I know is I wish they could’ve just been happy. (Even though the doctor is a good person.) it just hurts to see people be in love for so long then fall apart through the years. Like bro help I can’t even read the title of the book without sobbing.
