I think the older brother is famous/popular, and the use wasnt really acquaintanced with them for a while or they weren’t raised together. They transform but are usually in their human form if not for all of the manga.

UMM a BL manga where the main characters are wolves that can turn into humans. One of the character is famous and i think the other on is his brother. Not sure tho but they live in the same house
