In the next episode, the Demon God will pretend to be the "EL" that was the unicorn talking about and will treat the current El like nothing with that El's emotions are now mixed(she's remembering his past life and that dream)
Then there's going to be an event where the unicorn dude will complete distrust El and chose the demon god(the current El can tell that he wasn't the real past "EL")
Then the demon god will trigger El cause El to drop, and so his father(the other God I forgotten the name) will rescue him and brought him back to the present light/reality
We will how badly El was treated when he was still a human back then...
Then there is his friend who changed because of his death
