Sure so Gallahan survives.
During a banquet Gallahan loses his balance and finds out that his legs are all paralyzed. They called for the best doctors but everyone said there was no cure and slowly his entire body would be paralyzed and eventually his heart would stop beating. That's when Tia called for Estira to return to the estate. Estira returned and had an antidote for relieving and delaying the illness but not completely getting rid of it. The final ingredient they found out is actually a flower thats found in Perez's garden in his Palace. They use the flower and mix it in with the antidote and Gallahan gets all better and still lives to see Tia become the matriarch.
Gallahan is going to survive. Estira is gonna come in time to bring medicine but its incomplete and wasn't able to cure the illness. They were searching for the missing ingredient and found out that it's the flowers from the garden of the Prince Perez's Palace. They use that and incorporate it in the medicine and he gets all better.

In some stories whenever I read the novel I usually get bored reading the manhwa but this I tell you I'm so excited in what's to come and I just really want to see y'all reactions ugghhhh owemji it's gonna be soooo much fun. Y'all this by far is my favorite isekai manhwa ever!
