"haji was just feeling lonely" and? that does gave him the rights to play w anyone's feelings? "I'll sleep w u to find out if you are my soulmate" the fuck?after he had seggs w horang he just realized that he REALLY love him and he'll date him. aint gona be surprised if he only love horang bcs of his body LMAOAOAOAOAOAOAOAOA
First of all, Haji doesn’t owe anyone anything. He stated his intentions clearly and had any party involved agree. Horang knew where he stood with Haji and respected those boundaries while still politely courting him. That respect and earnest is what won Haji over in the end. Haji isn’t in the wrong by going out with people and gaining experience (including sleeping with them). Anyone who thought there would be more than the five date rule he established were the ones expecting more from him than what was agreed upon. Horang was able to win his heart bc he didn’t feel entitled to Haji.
Your reasoning for that is only bc Haji slept around. That’s not reason enough. It’s not a reason at all.
There is nothing wrong with Haji dating and sleeping with other people before he settles down with Horang.
Haji’s reasoning for it was that he didn’t want to rush into anything or get just confused over love and he wanted to be sure of himself before he did settle down. That’s perfectly fine. (Even if his reasoning was bc he wanted to fool around and have fun that still would’ve been fine because everyone is entitled to live their life how they want as long as it’s safe and consensual.) Haji even had clear boundaries and conditions with each partner he met before (with a five date rule and even when he described the steps he would take with his previous partners to Horang during their night together). He didn’t owe them anything but his honesty and he followed through on it. It was only those who felt entitled to more than he said he was willing to give that were in the wrong. He didn’t lead them on he told them upfront that it’s only be five stars and what he was looking for was just experience. Horang understood that and he respected Haji’s boundaries even when Haji was still dating other people. Horang respected his boundaries and politely courted him within those parameters. This respect is what eventually won Haji over. Horang never felt entitled to Haji, nor did he shame for dating around.
Shaming Haji and saying Horang deserves better is missing the pint of consent and mutual respect and understanding that is needed for a healthy relationship. Which, is what I think why the author included this.
Understand that you saying this could make others around you feel unsafe or unwelcome. Rn we are talking about fictional characters so there is no impact upon them, but this easily can be a topic in the real world and this kind of mentality will hurt others. So maybe take the time to read the essay. Maybe you’ll learn something from it and grow and become a more inclusive person
uhuh i know how to differentiate fictions from real life. i don't care whether a person in real life go hang out w anyone. yes, we are talking abt haji, a problematic shitty attitude fictional character. If you are offended but what ive said, then that aint my problem. are you haji? nah? LMAOAOAOAOAOAOSOA go read your own essay

Haji deserves a slut like him and not a gentlemen like Horang. I don’t even understand why Horang is even in love with him. The author should have at least made Haji have some decent, likeable features or a likeable character but he doesn’t have any of those. Just WTH?
