to follow there is a word underneath the comment that says follow. click it. or click on the useres name and it will send u to the home page an orange button will say follow.

on your home page it will say ?followed" on the top where it also says album, reading, already read, ect. and it will show who and what youved followed.

there is no actual way to search for users, but you can try googling "mangago (insert user's name)". Like for ex, if you search up "mangago lovlis", my homepage shows up as the first result. However sometimes this doesn't work all the time.
