Isaac suffered a lot of beating including sexual abuse but penetration didn’t happen. The translation I read some while ago was an MTL so I’m not sure if it was 100% accurate word for word but most comments I’ve read so far is leaning towards this scenario.

I think I’ll wait for 3-4 chapters to be released before continuing reading this. The next 2-3 chapters in the novel was really difficult for me to read. It was so horrible. The abuse made you want to snuff Cole and just cut the scenes cos it was just disgusting.
In the novel, he was in his early forties and was a striking man but I really love how the webtoon has portrayed him in terms of looks. Old, ugly and with a hideous evil face. He’s a filth, garbage to the core. What he did to Isaac’s father, what he tried to do to Isaac, he is probably a character I hate the most in anything I’ve ever read so far.
I am happy Felix gave Isaac the pleasure of killing him himself. That was satisfying.
