From the spoiler I've read no it's not a harem and romance is something in the backburner. This is mostly concentrated on revenge and so on.
It becomes Harem the moment he cheats on the fl with another woman.
When did he cheat if your talking bout the sex thing then there's more to the story him and FL discussed it and he also refused to have sex with the girl. I'm missing details but there's a person who wrote about that part in detail to clear up the misunderstandings. Its. a couple of pages back in the comments please read it.

Yes and I also heard that the FL is strong enough to protect herself most of the time and doesn't cause any hindrance to the story. If the FL is that good, how can any of us complain lmao.

Where did you read the entire novel? I stayed on chapter 349 last year bcs there weren't more chapters (there have been more updates this year, thank god) and for all I know, he seems interested in the girl he had sex with. More in the: "She is an interesting person" than in a romantic way but there weren't a lot of chapters after the whole thing (sex) so I don't know how their relationship develops
