They’re not. Bighead was born using a surrogate egg. I think the aunt is infertile which is why she couldn’t have children previously.

This dream power thingy is genetic on FengFeng's side, right? Then why is Bighead(gosh I hope this cute baby gets a legit name soon) kinda keep appearing in connected dreams with YiYi and RouRou? He ain't even a blood related brother of RouRou? I'M IN CONFUSION.
One thing I can think of is like how RouRou can summon YiYi into having common dreams, he could feel a special connection with BigHead and unconciously reached out, I guess.
