I'm not sure if it was a shounen-ai or yaoi but the manga was about a god that lived in the country side and every summer a little boy would come to visit his grandmother. After the boy got into an accident and damaged his legs, he stopped visiting. The god got sick of waiting and decided to go to the city to find him. The god could also change from a child to an adult.
